CloudCumulus is a weather information service that provides weather forecasts, radar imagery, air quality data, and related weather information. The Service aggregates data from various sources including the National Weather Service (NWS), Open-Meteo, and RainViewer.

The weather information provided by CloudCumulus is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information.

Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions that could result in harm to persons or property. Always consult official weather services and local authorities for critical weather-related decisions.

In no event shall CloudCumulus, smrtly, llc, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

CloudCumulus incorporates data from third-party sources including but not limited to the National Weather Service, Open-Meteo, RainViewer, and news providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data from these sources.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of the Service without express permission

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
